Job Summary

Latham Pool Products makes swimming pool liners and covers. We are a manufacturing facility and are looking to fill several Production Associate positions which include machine operators and quality packers.

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks
• Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

• No experience needed, will train. Experience highly regarded.
• Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands.
• Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools as necessary.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-10 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work overtime as needed – including Saturdays.

On‑site

Status:
Full time Second shift 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. When overtime is in effect the hours will be 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. Saturdays are required in season.

Salary: $21.07 + $1.00 shift difference = $22.07 per hour.
