Location: Suwanee, GA
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.35 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Start Times 5 / 6 / 7 AM or 2nd Shift | Start Times 3 / 4 / 5 PM

Requirements- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment.
- Stand for 8-10 hours per shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, and twist.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to safely work around industrial machinery.
- Operate production machinery used in the manufacturing of commercial floor mats.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from the machine.
- Inspect mats throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
