Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery, maintaining production quality, and supporting inventory management. - Operate and monitor equipment that you are trained on, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Update inventory records and process order transmissions using the computer system.
- Utilize measuring tools such as snap gauges, calipers, and tape measures to ensure accuracy in production.
- Employ the metric system for measurements and calculations as required.
- Identify nonconforming items and determine the appropriate course of action in collaboration with Quality Control.
- Assist the Quality Control team with the inspection of received materials.
- Perform order pulling and packing tasks, ensuring efficient material handling.
- Support team efforts by assisting in various departmental tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong awareness of safety and quality protocols in a production setting.
- Ability to comprehend and execute both verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk as required; capable of using hands and fingers to handle and operate tools or controls.
