In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality custom banners and signage products, working with durable materials, and contributing to a collaborative production team that values precision and efficiency. In an Industrial Sewer job you'll be responsible for:

• Operating industrial sewing machines to assemble banners and large-format signage.
• Sewing hems, pole pockets, and reinforcements on vinyl and fabric materials.
• Reading and following work orders to meet custom client specifications.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintaining sewing equipment and keeping a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborating with production team members to meet deadlines.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience with industrial sewing machines (required).
• Experience working with heavy-duty materials such as vinyl, canvas, or mesh.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
