2nd Shift, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Assembly Workers on the 2nd shift. This role is vital in ensuring efficient assembly and quality control of electronic components. Candidates will participate in a collaborative environment, contributing to the production of high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and solder electronic components, including connectors and cables, according to precise technical specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct functional testing on electronic products and components to verify their performance and reliability.
  • Utilize hand tools, soldering irons, and other equipment to effectively assemble electronic circuits and components.
  • Adhere to safety standards while handling soldering and wiring processes.
  • Operate automated assembly machines and tools to facilitate the production process, ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including work orders, part and lot numbers, and quality control data.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve assembly issues as they arise, contributing feedback to enhance processes and product quality.
  • Work closely with team members and liaise with departments such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Logistics to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
  • Follow all established safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment, reporting any safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Package completed electronic products, ensuring proper handling and protection during transportation.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the electronics industry.
  • Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and electrical testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
