This position will report to our Ener Sys Energy Systems business, which servesthe telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling components of Ener Sys' product family as part of the manufacturing process. This role will perform the assembly activity in accordance with assembly drawings, internal guidelines and specifications, and standard workmanship recommendations.

• Assemble and interconnect final assemblies and subassemblies using work instructions, drawings and schematics
• Inspect own work and inspect work of others to ensure the reduction of defects and enhanced product quality
• Ability to identify differences in electronic or mechanical components
• Ability to work proficiently in multiple assembly areas
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Demonstrated ability to do crimping
• Participate in cross-training of processes as assigned
• Read and interpret bills of materials
• Read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings
• Record accurate production and traceability information as required

Required

• 1-2 years of experience in a related role
• Wiring and crimping experience
• Ability to follow wiring schematics
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
