As a CNC Machine Operator, you will operate CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality metal parts. You will load and unload work pieces, interpret blueprints, perform inspections, and make adjustments to ensure product specifications are met. Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety standards are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers
- Load/unload work pieces, ensuring proper positioning
- Follow CNC programs, setup instructions, and process sheets
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Conduct in-process dimensional inspections using precision tools
- Make offsets or adjustments within established procedures
- Monitor tool wear and elevate issues
- Complete accurate production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet safety, quality, productivity, and scrap targets
- Previous CNC machine operation experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
- Basic understanding of CNC tooling and machine operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Dependability and ability to work the full second-shift schedule
- (Preferred) CNC setup/changeover experience and experience in manufacturing gears, drivetrain, automotive, or heavy equipment components
