Belmont Senior Living - 4315 Johns Creek Pkwy  Suwanee - Responsibilities:
Administer medications and provide personal care:
Follow physician’s orders and community guidelines for administering routine medications and providing assistance with ADL care as needed;
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate medical records and report any reactions or medication refusals to the licensed nurse;
Vital Sign Monitoring:
Take resident vital signs and observe any responses or side effects;
Shift Communication:
Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff on resident conditions;
Customer Satisfaction:
Work collaboratively with a team to ensure the highest quality care and services are provided resulting in overall customer satisfaction
