PALM Health in the Atlanta area is seeking experienced Primary Care Advanced Providers for a full-time permanent position. You will join a growing team serving adults with chronic and acute illnesses, with a schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Candidates should be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Primary Care/Internal Medicine experience, licensed in Georgia or in process. US citizens and Green Card holders welcome to apply.
