Refurbish Technician​/Reverse Logistics Associate

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The purpose of this entry level refurbish / reverse logistics position is to inspect, test, diagnose, and repair computer monitors.

• Conduct inspect, clean and test product
• Diagnose and repair faulty product where possible and/or perform harvesting of acceptable components
• Practice electrostatic discharge protocols in accordance with established policies
• Basic computer skills needed to provide complete, accurate and timely data collection utilizing the company’s service software application
• Ensure all quality assurance procedures are implemented and closely followed
• Other duties as identified by management to support operational objectives

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures with minimum supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Basic disassembly and assembly skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to read, write and speak English

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

High school diploma or GED.
