Now hiring a Quality Inspector - Manufacturing - 2nd Shift in Suwanee, GA. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $22.00 per hour and involves working Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. About the Role

As a Quality Inspector, you will support second-shift precision machining and production operations by performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured components. Your role will involve reading blueprints, measuring parts with calipers and micrometers, documenting inspection results, identifying nonconforming products, and communicating quality concerns across teams. You will also support quality investigations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Available Shift Times
  • Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and final components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Measure components with precision tools and verify dimensions
  • Document inspection results accurately
  • Perform visual inspections for defects
  • Identify and report nonconforming products
  • Maintain inspection records and equipment
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Follow safety and quality systems protocols
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in manufacturing quality inspection or precision machining preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
  • Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Experience inspecting machined metal components preferred
  • Additional experience in CNC machining, gear inspection, or automated inspection equipment is a plus
