As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in improving our product listings, implementing our content strategies and shaping our brand positioning. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams to improve online conversion and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities- Improve product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms including, but not limited to, Wayfair, Home Depot, Walmart, and Beyond.
- Coordinate and implement digital content strategies. Improve product listings, optimize imagery and review missing attribute data.
- Review, critique and approve catalog imagery.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze online performance metrics, providing regular reports and identifying trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and marketplace platform updates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Two years experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or product industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart or Home Depot.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
