Mission OverviewAs a Team Member in Our Distribution Center, you’ll inspect, process, and prepare secondhand clothing for resale. Your mission has two parts:
- Ensure clothing meets our quality standards.
- Provide accurate product details.
- Open and unpack bags of gently used clothing from customers.
- Conduct quality checks on each garment.
- Use a USB scanner and iPad app with step‑by‑step prompts.
- Record details such as brand, size, gender, category, and condition.
- Photograph tags to capture product information.
- On‑Your‑Feet work: stationary standing throughout a 10–12 hour shift, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and moving racks up to 150 lbs.

Friday‑Sunday 6 am–6 pm (WKDN AM shift).
Benefits- Starting Pay: $18 /hr for WKND shift ($17 base + $1 differential). Pay is based on shift worked and shift differentials may change.

Consistently hitting or exceeding specific performance metrics can increase pay, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $0.50 /hr each quarter. - Day 1 Benefits:
