Job Overview:As a Retail Store Leader, you'll inspire your team to engage fully and become experts in connecting customers with the latest T‑Mobile offerings. You'll oversee all store operations and need to be well‑versed in retail processes such as hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset protection, and team leadership. You will be the primary contact for your store's employees.
Job Responsibilities:- Evaluate and provide feedback on team members' performance to improve customer interactions and enhance training and coaching efforts.
- Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure a stellar experience with the T‑Mobile brand.
- Take ownership of the store's success through effective staffing, scheduling, marketing initiatives, and loss prevention.
- Monitor operational efficiency and support sales tracking while implementing new store initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment consistently.
- Hire passionate employees eager to build strong, lasting customer connections and stay enthusiastic about T‑Mobile products and technology.
- Support team growth through training, mentorship, and performance management to foster success.
- Lead by example by remaining knowledgeable about the latest product offerings and leadership best practices.
- Encourage an inclusive team atmosphere while driving toward operational excellence.
- Oversee the store's productivity and strive to minimize risks and protect store assets.
- Recognize and celebrate team successes and support individualized performance management plans.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly performance metrics and sales targets.
- 2 years of experience in wireless retail, high volume preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Required)
- Store management experience (Required)
- Understanding of store operations (Required)
- Excellent customer service skills (Required)
- 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required)
- 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Competitive base salary plus commission
