We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our insurance agency by developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is self-disciplined, personable, and comfortable working independently in the field while representing our agency with professionalism and integrity.
Key Job Responsibilities- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Present, explain, and sell insurance products clearly and ethically
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy details
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding and policy servicing
