Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Responsibilities- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and FREE leads
- Quote and sell auto, home, commercial, and life insurance products
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Follow up on quotes and nurture prospects
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in an office environment
