As a Tru Green Field Sales Representative, you will greet homeowners in the neighborhood and introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. You will use the Tru Green Sales Playbook, enthusiasm, and commitment to deliver tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships.

• Be the face of Tru Green, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions.
• Engage new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism and energy.
• Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs.
• Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using a proven sales methodology.
• Log interactions and track performance with a CRM to measure activity and performance.
• Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns.

• High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is encouraged).
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are equally valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, from small talk to closing talk.
• Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
• Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English and be physically located in the United States.
