- Responsibilities of Shift Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise all security personnel assigned to their shift (Shift will be Saturday and Sunday, 6:00a - 2:00pm).
- Ensure all posts are properly staffed; coordinate coverage for call-offs and emergencies.
- Conduct routine patrols and site inspections to verify officer performance and property security.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all shift security operations.
- Minimum 21 years of age or older.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum 2–3 years of security experience.
- Previous supervisory or lead officer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in report writing and basic computer systems (incident reporting, access control, CCTV).
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record (if applicable).
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background and fingerprint investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
- Military or law enforcement background (a plus).
