Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for visitors and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access within the residential location;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related observations and reporting unusual activity as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, including common areas, entry gates, and perimeter locations, while observing for security-related concerns and policy violations
