Up Closets of North Atlanta Metro is seeking a dependable and motivated Installation Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry‑level position with opportunities for advancement into a Lead Installer role through hands‑on training and experience.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn the installation trade. This position is ideal for someone interested in carpentry, cabinetry, construction, or skilled trades.
Responsibilities- Assist Lead Installers with the installation of custom closet and storage systems
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites
- Help maintain clean and organized work areas
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with measuring, leveling, assembling, and installing closet components
- Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the day
- Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and professionalism in customers’ homes
- Experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, moving, warehouse work, or related fields is a plus, but not required
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and measuring tools
- Interest in developing skills in cabinetry and installation work
This position is designed to develop into a Lead Installer role for candidates who demonstrate reliability, craftsmanship, leadership, and strong installation skills.
