General Job Description

As a Single-Family Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential electrical services in Suwanee, Georgia. This role is responsible for leading a team of electricians, coordinating projects, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will provide technical guidance, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations; conduct inspections and provide feedback.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical expertise to resolve complex electrical issues.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment; track usage and maintain inventory records.
• Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives for team members.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
• Maintain accurate records including work orders, permits, and invoices.

• High school diploma or GED required; electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience, including new construction.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in single‑family projects.
• Valid Georgia electrical license required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and residential electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

• Work performed on active residential construction sites and occupied homes.
• Frequent travel to job sites within the designated region.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
• Work may involve heights, ladders, and confined spaces.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
