QTS Realty Trust seeks an AI Engineer I to build and maintain AI-powered software components under guidance from senior engineers. You will work with the AI & Analytics Innovation Team to implement features using LLM APIs, prompt templates, and RAG pipelines for internal and customer use.
You will develop application code, help with data preparation, write tests, and assist with deployment and monitoring of services in a fast-paced distributed environment. 0-2 years experience required.
