We’re hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead our call center maintenance team and drive operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, coach team members, manage breakdown events, and ensure top‑tier customer service.

This is a great opportunity for someone with call center leadership experience and a background in trailer or fleet maintenance who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage daily call center operations (scheduling, performance, KPIs)
• Lead and support a team through coaching, training, and development
• Handle major breakdown events and escalated customer issues
• Partner with sales and field maintenance teams to support key accounts
• Monitor and improve vendor performance and relationships
• Analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, managing a repair facility
• Background in fleet maintenance, truck and trailer systems repair, or technical service environments
• Trailer maintenance experience preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, phones, and dispatch systems

• Primarily seated role with frequent computer and phone use
• Occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs.)
