LC Associate II- CONV

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in our Logistics Center, helping ensure customers receive their products in a timely, efficient manner. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that works together to meet deadlines, always going above and beyond what is expected.

• Verify products to reduce errors while performing picking, cycle counting, putting away, and receiving tasks to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all packages are received properly and put away accurately.
• Maintain the integrity of the cycle count process.
• Safely load and unload trucks/trailers, handling them appropriately.
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Complete pick functions, including Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
• Lift heavy items and, when required, operate a forklift.

• Level I roles: no previous warehouse experience required, but preferred.
• Level II roles: at least 1 year of recent forklift/machine operating experience.
• Able to transport up to 50 lbs.
• Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
• Possesses basic clerical and data‑entry skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
• Effective communication skills, conveying necessary information clearly.
• Can constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Maintains and promotes social, ethical, and organizational standards in business activities.
• Builds solid, effective working relationships with others.
• Uses relevant computer system applications at a basic level.

• Distribution center environment may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet and/or humid conditions, and outside weather conditions.
