Axiom Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone with strong experience in international logistics, shipping coordination, and freight management.
Responsibilities- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and customs-related paperwork
- Track shipments and resolve logistics or transportation issues in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain records related to freight, shipping schedules, and inventory movement
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain coordination
- Strong background in international shipping and freight coordination required
- Experience working with import/export documentation is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics/shipping systems
Pay: 22/ Hour IND
