Order Selector - 2nd Shift

Full‑time

• Accurately replenish product or fulfill customer orders by selecting, moving, and loading products (e.g., bags of dog/cat food, cases of cans, litter) from warehouse racks onto pallets both manually and operating warehouse equipment.
• Assigned to the walk‑in freezer – must be able to work at or below –5°F for long periods while wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Bend, lift, and move materials up to 50 lb. repetitively and continuously throughout the shift, manually and by operating warehouse equipment.
• Build pallets accurately, properly, and efficiently to ensure product is not damaged on delivery.
• Perform assigned functions, accountabilities, and supporting activities while complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, high‑reach truck) – preferred.
• Reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance, and a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High dexterity and skill in safe operation and control of warehouse equipment.
• Electric pallet jack certification is a plus.
• Experience with Infor WMS is a plus.

• Starting pay: $18 per hour.
• Guaranteed pay increases after 6 months and again after 1 year of service.
