Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Warehouse Lead to join our team. As a Warehouse Lead you will be responsible for the following.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end fulfillment operations within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer orders. Supervised and supported fulfillment team members, coordinating daily activities across picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management functions.
- Oversee order accuracy and quality control by implementing standardized processes and conducting routine audits, minimizing errors and returns. Monitored workflow efficiency, identified bottlenecks, and introduced process improvements to increase productivity and reduce turnaround times. Maintained strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and operational standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory control, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies, manage stock levels, and ensure alignment with customer delivery expectations. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and on-time shipping, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Train new hires and develop team members through hands‑on coaching and performance feedback, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Played a key role in maintaining organized warehouse operations, supporting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to operate and attain certification to safely operate powered equipment.
- Work safely at high levels.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand on your feet for a long duration.
- Must be able to operate a scale.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Prior warehouse experience.
- Prior warehouse lead or similar supervisory position experience.
