Loader Position

We are seeking motivated loaders to join our dynamic team at a prominent manufacturing facility. As a loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate material handling and storage, contributing to the overall operational success of our warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

• Unload, stage, and sign for all incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Prepare shipments for storage within the warehouse, maintaining an organized stock area.
• Collaborate with accounting to resolve any discrepancies related to invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
• Utilize various work devices, including conveyors, hand trucks, and forklifts, to move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
  
  Note:
  
  Prior forklift experience is required.
• Participate in inventory assembly and special projects as needed, collaborating across warehouse departments.
• Adhere to all company regulations and quality assurance standards, promoting cleanliness and organization within the work area.
• Ensure the readiness of distribution equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyor systems through regular cleaning, maintenance, and coordination of service when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse loading environment.
• Strong physical ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Forklift certification and experience are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
