Warehouse Associate

(Suwanee, Georgia): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for dependable individuals with forklift experience who are ready to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. The pay rate is $ per hour
, depending on experience.

Essential Duties:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements/

Skills:

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work each day.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be interested in a temp-to-perm employment opportunity.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, including exposure to heat and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks.
