Warehouse Associate

Evermark LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support daily operations in our manufacturing distribution environment. In this role, you will receive, store, pick, and stage doors, millwork, and hardware, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, operating material handling equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. You'll collaborate with production and shipping teams in a fast-paced, quality-focused culture that values reliability, craftsmanship, and long-term customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials and products
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to work orders
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts and proper storage practices
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all OSHA and company safety rules
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Label, wrap, and secure products to prevent damage during handling and transit
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and customer service teams to meet deadlines
• Use basic computer or RF scanner systems to record movements and transactions
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety issues to supervisors
