A residential care provider in Swadlincote is seeking a Deputy Manager to create a positive environment for young people and manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care and experience in residential childcare. You will work on a rolling rota, ensuring adherence to safety and health regulations while delivering impactful caregiving.
