Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and productivity standards; provide recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications- Education – bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Master’s/CPA preferred
- CPA, CMA, or CFP preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
