Technical Support Representative (Swainsboro, GA)

We are looking for entry level Technical Support Representatives. This position affords a great opportunity to learn technical and customer service skills and provides an excellent opportunity for advancement for the right candidate. Comprehensive training is included.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping internet customers over the phone with their internet connection
• Educating customers on the use of internet services, web browsers, email applications, etc.
• Accurately entering information in our ticketing system related to support calls taken

The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:

• Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule.
• The ability to speak clearly over the phone.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Basic typing skills.
• The ability to quickly learn new concepts.

Salary: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour
