Sizemore, Inc. is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Swainsboro, GA. This role is ideal for candidates who work well with their hands and have experience with small parts assembly and detailed production work.
Responsibilities- Assemble components of hoses
- Wiring and assembling small parts
- Work with detailed, hands‑on production tasks
- Read and follow blueprints or work instructions
- Maintain quality and accuracy in assembly
- The Production Assembler is expected to build and assemble products and the parts connected to that product
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure output meets quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and escalate as needed
- Precise crimping of the heater wire and sensor wire is critical. Proper installation ensures consistent thermal flow, which is essential for meeting customer specifications and maintaining product quality
- This role is ideal for candidates who work well with their hands and have experience with small parts assembly and detailed production work
- Up‑to‑date resume required
- Good job history and attendance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Dependable and looking for long‑term employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous experience in production assembly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Wire crimping and terminal installation
- Use of crimping tools
- Electrical wire preparation and stripping
- Knowledge of wire gauges and connector types
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams

Pay rate: $14.00/hour. (Weekly Pay on Friday)
Shift schedule:
Monday-Thursday from 6:00am-3:30pm and Friday 6:00am-10:00am
