The Shelter Resident Transition Service Associate (SRT SA) is an operational position assigned temporarily, typically on level 4 and above disaster relief operations (DROs). SRT Caseworkers work with shelter residents to understand their resources and transition roadblocks to help households create an individualized action plan.
This role supports the mission of the American Red Cross by helping individuals and households transition from a shelter, thus alleviating human suffering by shortening
