Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Middle School Principal, located in Swampscott, MA. The Middle School Principal will oversee the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school. Responsibilities include leading curriculum development, fostering a positive learning environment, supporting faculty and staff, promoting effective communication among all stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with educational policies. The Principal will play a central role in enhancing the educational experience and promoting a culture of excellence for middle school students.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development and experience implementing innovative instructional strategies
  • Strong skills in Educational Leadership, including team building, mentoring staff, and decision‑making
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, educators, and community members
  • Proven experience working with middle school students and an understanding of their unique developmental needs
  • In‑depth knowledge and experience in the field of Education, including applicable laws, policies, and current best practices
  • Master’s degree in Education Leadership, Administration, or a related field
  • State licensure or certification as a school administrator required
  • Commitment to equity and fostering an inclusive school environment
  • Experience in organizational management and resource allocation is considered a plus.
