Compensation: $60K - $80k DOE

The Person al Lines Account Manager will manage a high‑volume personal lines book of business while delivering exceptional customer service and support to policyholders. This position is ideal for an organized, service‑oriented insurance professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced and team‑focused environment.

• Manage a personal lines book of business consisting of approximately 1,000–1,200 clients
• Provide exceptional service and support to policyholders
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Respond to client questions regarding coverage, billing, and claims support
• Review policies and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention efforts
• Collaborate with internal team members to support agency growth initiatives

• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload effectively

• Insurance agency experience preferred
• Experience managing personal lines accounts within an independent agency environment
• Familiarity with AMS
  360 and carrier management platforms
• Self‑motivated and proactive approach to client service
• Experience handling a large book of personal lines business efficiently

• Base salary range: $60,000 – $80,000
