Overview
We are seeking a full‑time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Swampscott, Massachusetts. This provider will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care for a broad spectrum of non‑emergent conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast‑paced urgent‑care environment. Opportunities are available across multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.
ScheduleCenters operate seven days per week:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available, with full‑time defined as a 36‑hour workweek.
Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $75–$85 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Adult‑Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
- Current or eligible licensure in Massachusetts
- Prior urgent care experience preferred
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Working knowledge of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient‑focused, team‑oriented approach
