RN Lead, OBGYN

About This Role

The RN Lead for OBGYN at Mass General Brigham is responsible for supporting the practice onsite, with a focus on triage responsibilities and leadership duties. This role is ideal for a candidate with prior leadership experience and an OB/GYN background or experience in another clinical specialty.

• Pay: $40.65 - $58.00/Hourly
• Location: Swampscott, MA
• Facility: Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc.
• Department/Unit: OBGYN
• Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medication to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.
• Demonstrate best practices for staff to follow.
• Participate on teams or perform special projects/assignments.
• Coordinate schedule coverage and communicate workflow updates.
• Lead daily huddles and participate in monthly meetings.
• Partner with the practice manager on team performance.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
• BLS certification preferred
