The young people are highly active and enjoy:

Boxing, football, bike rides and hiking
Trampoline parks and outdoor activities

Residential Support Workers are expected to:

Attend the on-site school with the young people
Act as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Provide 1:1 educational support
Support learning during lessons and breaks

Shift Patterns (40 hours per week)

7:30am - 10:30pm
7:30am - 3:00pm
2:30pm - 10:00pm
9:00pm - 8:00am

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

Kind, reliable and consistent
Energetic and willing to take part in activities
Passionate about supporting young people therapeutically

Essential Experience

Children's residential care (EBD)
SEN education
Therapeutic or trauma-informed settings

Training & Development

Physical intervention training delivered in-house
Therapeutic training provided
Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification offered once permanent
Strong internal progression opportunities
