JOB SUMMARY: The Computer Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and support of the Bank’s computer systems and related technology infrastructure. This position coordinates scheduled computer operations, monitors system performance, troubleshoots processing and system errors, maintains operational documentation, and works with internal departments and external vendors to resolve system issues. The Computer Operations Specialist also assists with software releases, system maintenance, disaster recovery, testing, security access support, and research of technology products and service enhancements.
