As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in delivering hands‑on nursing and personal care to residents, while leading and supporting nursing assistants in their daily tasks. • Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
• Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
• Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
