PayStarts at $30‑32 per hour, depending on experience.

Part‑time. Typically 2–3 days per week (16–24 hours). Shifts usually within Monday‑Thursday 7 am–5 pm and Friday 7 am–12:30 pm; early or late shifts may be required.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates may be trained.
- Experience in at least one of the following: surgical, ambulatory surgical center (ASC), Pre/Post‑Op, PACU, ICU, medical–surgical, telemetry, or operating room.
- Supervise and direct patient care in an individual operating room.
- Ensure proper techniques and practices are used in accordance with accepted standards.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and uphold patient rights.
- Perform duties ethically and legally within license scope.
- Supervise other personnel in the room and provide assistance as necessary.
- Immediately report unusual occurrences and document appropriately.
- Demonstrate primary nursing accountability through coordination, communication, and continuity of care.
- Assess, prioritize, plan, and implement patient care efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and legible medical records.
- Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and quality programs.
- Follow physician orders and management directions.
- Actively contribute to a healthy work environment.
- Assist in training new staff when needed.
- Balance team and individual responsibilities.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Ability to assess, prioritize, plan, and implement patient care effectively.
- Ability to respond to emergent situations.
- Positive, friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Organized; manages time and resources efficiently.

- Punctual; minimal absences; adherence to scheduled hours.
- Knowledge of Amkai Office and Amkai Charts Database software.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring and emergency equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with printer, copier, telephone, and fax functions.
Requires frequent walking (75 %), sitting (50 %), and standing (50 %). Regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50 %) are required. Must lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lb. Requires strong fine‑motor skills and visual and auditory acuity. Occasional driving or climbing may be necessary.
