Our client, a renowned automotive accident repair group with multiple centres across South Wales and England, is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Bodyshop Technician. This is a fantastic chance to join a leading industry employer, working on a significant fleet contract across South Wales. The Mobile Bodyshop Technician role offers stability, excellent earning potential, and the flexibility of working Monday to Friday with hours tailored to the needs of the service.

- Carry out minor cosmetic repairs on vehicles across South Wales region, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and paint touch-ups
- Work independently using a fully equipped, state-of-the-art company van
- Deliver first‑time fix repairs to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Attend customer sites at their home or workplace to perform repairs efficiently
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety following company protocols
- Build excellent rapport with customers, representing the company professionally
- Previous experience as a Vehicle SMART Repair Technician, either mobile or workshop-based, is preferred
- Skills in vehicle re‑spraying, filling, and prepping are highly desirable
- A proactive and organised self‑starter with strong time management skills
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills, representing the company positively
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
