Salary Range:$20 - $28 hour
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter who values integrity, respect, and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesApply paints, stains, and finishes using appropriate tools and techniques for a flawless result.
Ensure clean, crisp lines and consistent coverage to meet quality standards.
Protect surrounding surfaces, furniture, and fixtures by applying necessary coverings and ensuring thorough cleanup.
Participate in final walkthroughs with the Job Lead to identify and resolve any touch-ups or issues.
Treat each project with grace and respect, demonstrating care for the client’s property and space.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Work effectively alongside team members and supervisors, contributing to a positive work environment.
Communicate clearly and respectfully, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
Provide and accept constructive feedback with humility and a desire to learn.
Place yard signs and distribute door hangers in designated areas to promote company services.
Seek opportunities for growth and skill development, embracing a lifelong learning mindset.
Adapt to changing project scopes or client requests with flexibility and a solution-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial painting preferred.
- Strong understanding of various paint types, finishes, and application techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating integrity and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials.
- Reliable transportation
