Construction Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join a growing construction team. This role is responsible for leading and managing construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple project activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate and oversee daily construction operations to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and site operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
