Cardi's Furniture in Swansea, MA is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative who is friendly and energetic. The candidate will provide exceptional customer service through resolving inquiries, managing inbound and outbound calls, and scheduling services. They should possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, with a pay rate of $19.00 to $20.00 hourly. Previous retail customer service experience is preferred.
Training will be provided, and the work schedule includes Tuesday to Saturday.
