At Stevens Treatment Programs, we provide residential treatment and special education services to youth ages 11-22 who have experienced complex trauma and behavioral challenges. Our mission is to empower youth to lead successful lives through high-quality treatment and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
As a Teacher Assistant, you help students succeed academically while supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth. More importantly, you’ll become one of the caring adults who can truly make a lasting difference in a young person’s life.
Schedule- Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
- One day each week (currently Wednesday): 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Remaining weekdays: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- One weekday ends at 2:00 PM to offset the extended Wednesday schedule.
- $20.00-$21.50/hour, based on education and experience
- Additional $1.00/hour for demonstrated bilingual fluency in Spanish
- Potential $1.00/hour merit increase for medication administration responsibilities
