Direct Care Professionals - Part Time/Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

$21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit-eligible employment)

Schedule:

Saturday 9am-11pm, Tuesday 1pm-11pm, Wednesday 12:30pm-11pm

No experience needed – we offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem – 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

These are opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include The Movies, Shopping, Going to Dinner, Baseball Game, Bowling, etc.

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualified criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years thereafter
