As a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Gardens at Country, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and support.

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
• Participate in medication administration and vital sign taking
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
